eCardio’s core management team paid a visit to our company

　　Larry Lawson, eCardio's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, led his core management team to our company for a week of investigation and exchange on November 12, 2013.

　　eCardio is a a leader in remote cardiac monitoring services in the United States with a market share of over 20%. Its annual patients’ number has been over 150,000 and cooperative doctors’ number has been over 7,500. Its clients included seven of top ten cardiologists in United States.

　　Both parties planed to jointly promote cardiovascular prevention and upcoming strategic cooperation. Yocaly's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Zhu XiaoHong and Larry Lawson, delivered a speech in the conference room. They all hoped that the cooperation of eCardio and Ycoaly would help hundreds of thousands of patients and their physicians on a daily basis.

　　During a week of investigation and exchange, eCardio’s core management team also visited our data cloud platform and data service center. After understanding Yocaly’s patent technology and business mode, they highly praised Yocaly for its outstanding contribution in cardiovascular prevention.

　　Furthermore, eCardio’s core management team paid a visit to remote heart monitoring center in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University and Shanghai First People’s Hospital. They communicated with Chinese cardiovascular disease experts and agreed on establishing academic exchange in heart electrophysiological monitoring analysis between United States and China.
