Yocaly signed a strategic cooperation agreement with eCardio

　　On March 25 to April 1, 2014, our company was making business negotiation in US and finally signed a strategic cooperation agreement with eCardio, a famous heart monitoring center in US. Both parties would carry out strategic cooperation on remote cardiac monitoring technology and electrophysiological data processing service and push the cause of global cardiovascular disease prevention forward.

　　eCardio is a famous heart monitoring agency in US. It has a total of above 400 employees, including more than 150 technicians specializing in electrophysiological data processing. In 2013, it has provided heart monitoring service for nearly 300,000 patients and support service for decision-making process of above 80,000 clinicians. Its business covers the whole America, keeps continuing increase in service field during the three consecutive years and occupies a 20% market share. The successful establishment of strategic cooperation not only brings the advanced mobile medical terminal products of our company out of the country, but also introduces the heart electrophysiological service mode of international standard into our company. Meanwhile, it broadens medical service market in US and lays a foundation for entering into international remote data service field. Consequently, the strategic cooperation would be an important milestone in the development of Yocaly and eCardio.
