Yocaly brought an action against Acmedcare for infringing upon Yocaly’s trade secrets and software copyrights

　    Recently, Jiangsu Yocaly Health Management Co., Ltd and Shandong Yocaly Information Science & Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Yocaly") brought an action against Suzhou Acmedcare Medical Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Acmedcare") and its board of director and Vice-president Liu Hu in Suzhou Industrial Park People’s Court. Because Acmedcare illegally embezzled Yocaly’s systematic software and infringed upon Yocaly’s trade secrets and computer software copyright. Yocaly also owned the liability to blame Mr. Liu for breach of violating competition restrictions.

　　Acmedcare publicized the same systematic software with Yocaly since May, 2015 and also declared that it had held Yocaly’s trade secrets about products, service costs and sales strategy. After investigating, we had known that Acmedcare’s board of director and Vice-president Liu Hu was previously employed in Yocaly and left for Acmedcare on Septermber, 2014. Yocaly paid a monthly compensation for competition restrictions to Mr. Liu since he left Yocaly. However, Mr. Liu provided Yocaly’s system software and trade secrets that he had understood to Acmedcare and openly used Yocaly’s system software to declare computer software copyright in the name of Acmedcare and seek funds financing

　　Yocaly’s heart mobile medical technology was a king of original technology in China and break through barrier in foreign patent technology. Yocaly contributed enormous financial resources and manpower to the heart mobile medical technology. However, the action of Mr. Liu and Acmedcare did serious harm to Yocaly’s operation and development and innovation environment of our proprietary intellectual property rights.
